​Once again you’ve been a wonderful source for putting together a wonderful travel experience. Working with Rea was a pleasure.  She was always available, answered all my myriad of questions, and planned a lovely trip for us using local tour people .  Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure that we were very well taken care of.  The trip was just the adventure we hoped it would be.

We had an amazing time in Croatia. It was so much fun.  The hotel in Dubrovnik was beautiful, and the one in Zagreb was spectacular (the others were very nice as well).  All of our drivers and guides were fabulous, but I personally think the young guy in Zagreb was my favorite. I could go on and on, but overall…. just fantastic.

Patagonia and Antarctica

​Just wanted to get back to you with feedback from George and Marie .  They returned from their Antarctica / Patagonia trip on Monday AM and I spoke with them at length yesterday afternoon. They LOVED Patagonia and wanted to be sure I contacted you with their favorable comments.  Everything ran smoothly with all the transfers and all the guides and drivers were wonderful and helpful and really made everything special.  They loved the accommodations, too.  It was funny…George always sends me photos each day while they are traveling and one day I got a photo of 2 wine glass sitting on pretty white doilies, a bottle of Argentine wine, and the little card saying “from your friends at Skads”…. they were surprised and impressed – so…thank you for setting that up for us.  They loved all the excursions and the info the guides provided.  They said that now they want to return to Patagonia and go more North .  So I will have to begin my research in preparation of planning that trip.  I will want to work with you on that one as well so I will be in touch with you to begin the process.

Thank you for planning a perfect vacation.  Clay and I had a fabulous time.  The hotels were lovely, and we would recommend all three of them to anyone.  The guides were very professional and made the trip seamless.  The bike rides were really a highlight.  We were able to experience Mexico in a way that you could never do by car (and given that we did one 35 km ride and one 75km ride, we would have never have experienced by hiking).  We were able to stop in small villages and had lunch in one town that is clearly not visited by many foreigners.

We are having a spectacular time. The hotels in both Venice and Florence are amazing. Everyone has been super nice. I wanted to mention to you that the guides in Florence and Siena, and the driver here in Florence were fantastic. SO incredibly knowledgeable and could not be any more pleasant or helpful. Everyone here in Italy has gone out of their way to take good care of us. People always seem to make a point to complain when things go wrong, and fail to make mention when things are good- so, I want to be sure to tell you how happy we’ve been.

Dear Rea, I am sorry for the delay in writing to you but I did want to THANK YOU so much for all the help and expertise you provided for my client’s trip to South America. They returned with such wonderful praises of every detail of the trip, including your choice of hotels and suggested itinerary. The guides were outstanding, knowledgeable and helpful and they were always willing to do whatever my clients requested. It was a very long and detailed itinerary covering four countries and there was never a transfer missed or a detail not taken care of.
