Alexa phoned us from Rome.
She was planning her honeymoon to Bali . . . envisioning an
itinerary that would allow her husband and her to be flexible,
discover activities on a day-by-day basis, and stay in hotels
of their choosing. She was shocked when her travel agent told
her that the only way she could plan such a trip within her
budget was to book a package. Was this right? Alexa certainly
didn't want her honeymoon days dictated by others! So, she discovered
GlobalTravelAdvice and sent us an email . . .
Within 30 minutes we had profiled Alexa's preferences, matched them
with hotels and activities, and provided her with all the necessary
links to her dream itinerary. Alexa and Bali were back
in business! |

| Neil and Susan, professional
photographers, wanted to visit Argentina and Chile. They wished to
include the Crossing of the Lakes, Explora Lodge in Chile, a cruise
around the Horn, fishing on the way, and if possible a winery or two.
They worked for hours using travel tips from the web and ended up
with a very costly zigzag air schedule and many questions about where
to stay and where to fish... Global Travel Advice was
able to help them create a journey which included all the sites they
wanted to visit, save a great deal of money on the air connections
and have extra free time. We also suggested best places to photograph
and best places to fish... It was an extensive itinerary which took
a good four hours...but Neil and Susan saved more just on the air
expense than the cost of GTA's planning. |
