Terms and Conditions
The payment of a minimum non-refundable fee of $35.00 is due before
GTA will reply to any question. Other charges will be due as mutually
agreed and are non-refundable.
Global Travel Advice (GTA) and its affiliates are acting as agents
for the airlines, cruise lines, hotels, ground operators and other
suppliers of travel for accommodations suggested or booked for clients.
GTA shall have no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident,
delay, performance or irregularity which may be occasioned for any
reason by the suppliers or other companies engaged in conveying or
accommodating clients during their tour. GTA shall not be liable for,
and clients hereby waive any claim against GTA, its divisions and
affiliates, any acts, omissions, promises and failures of performance
by any airline, cruise line, ground operator, hotel or any third party
providing service. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure
he/she is in possession of valid documentation. GTA does not accept
responsibility for any consequences arising from failure to comply
with the necessary health, passport & visa requirements. The issuance
and acceptance of GTA's advice and booking, if applicable, shall be
deemed consent to the above conditions.
